Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the PathBot.ai website, web app and Chrome extension (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 16 and give accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
Subscription and billing
- PathBot Pro and Turbo are monthly subscriptions. Pro includes a one-time 7-day free trial with no card required. Turbo has no free trial and is billed when you subscribe or upgrade (upgrading from a Pro trial ends the trial).
- If you subscribe, you'll be billed each month through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Billing, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
- We may change prices with notice before your next billing period.
Your content and applications
You own your resumes, documents and answers. You give us permission to process them to run the Service. AI-generated suggestions are drafts. Review them, and you are responsible for everything you submit to an employer. Don't include claims you can't back up.
The extension fills in forms but never submits for you. Use it in line with each job site's and employer's terms.
Acceptable use
- No automated mass applications, scraping of the Service, or reselling access.
- No submitting false information or impersonating someone else.
- No attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
Job listings
Listings come from third-party job boards and pages you save. We don't guarantee that listings are accurate or still open, or that you'll get interviews or offers. Match scores are estimates.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll tell signed-in users before they take effect.
